Text Editor windows theme for writer/extensive reader

People who has no option but working in computer/laptop for hours after hours can have eyesight problem. It is known, it is true but there is no prevention but taking gap in between. I also do work in laptop/desktop through out the day for research and writing.

During writing of a travelogue recently I was really frustrated by the brightness of the screen. Tried a lot to adjust the brightness but nothing came out satisfactory. And then I decided to change the contrast. Did several RnD with provided facilities in Windows10 and the day was just wasted.
So, I have come up with a small, light-weight desktop theme to set background color of all text editor to reduce effective contrast and to offer a matte look.

They who are interested can use this theme. The installation of this theme theoretically should not effect any inbuilt theme, but till if anyone face any problem please let me know.

It is very tough to manage pictures/images in a large word file when multiple numbers of images are there.
Many times you want to fix all of them to a particular size just by one click. Here is the solution.

open the file
copy and pest your entire document
go to Review tab
click the icon under Resize All Images
Wait to complete the process
And you are done
